Debt Cures They Don’t Want you to Know About

Posted under Uncategorized

All you have to do is turn on late night TV and you can’t miss him-Kevin Trudeau promoting his books on infomercials. Debt Cures They Don’t Want you to Know about is one of Kevin Trudeau’s latest books. While I have read some good reviews about this book, I would have to say that the complaints outweigh the good things that are being said.

It is not so much the book itself that are causing the complaints, but the marketing practices. I have read many complaints about buyers being charged for items that they did not purchase, not to mention the several additional products that his marketing department tries to sell prospective buyers. There are numerous complaints about not being able to get refunds on overcharges. No matter how good a book is, does all this added upselling and overcharging make it worth it?

Personally, I am very hesitant to buy anything from a television commercial. Having worked for a credit card company, I got countless calls from cardholders that had purchased item advertised on television. They had all been charged for things that they did not order. I am not sure what entitles these companies to be able to do this, but something must make it legal or they probably wouldn’t be doing it.

Despite everything that has been said, if you really want to know what is in Kevin’s book there are other ways of getting a hold of it. One option is to borrow it from the public library, but in my city there are 60 copies available and 294 people waiting to read it. I also found used copies available at Barnes and Noble and Amazon at a very reasonable price.
