Living a Dream

Where would I like to live? My dream is to live somewhere where I can swim outside everyday of the year. I guess that would have to be somewhere tropical. I would not mind being near the ocean. I lived my whole life where it gets cold in the winter and I am ready for a change.

That will mean buying a home in another part of the country. It would be great not have to have mortgages anymore, but that probably is not realistic.
